Fettuccine Verde
My husband and I came here last night to celebrate my birthday and usually love all of Novella's dishes, but this one didn't quite hit the spot. This dish was tasty, but lacked some personality. It lacked flavor in many of the bites and was heavily drenched in oil, but the texture of the pasta made up for it. We still love Novella, but I don't think I'd order this again.

Linguine Cacio E Pepe
I am a sucker for cacio e pepe and Novella's has to be one of my favorites. It's creamy, peppery, and absolutely to die for!
Spaghetti Carbonara
The carbonara was spectacular and from what I could tell very authentic. Not overwhelmingly creamy which I enjoyed and still had the taste of the rendered fat.

Visited tonight with my friend and we both enjoyed the food, drinks, and experience tremendously! Everything was so fresh, made with love and with flavors that really popped. Delicious! The service was amazing. Mackenzie took great care of us, was so unbelievably sweet and patient. She went above and beyond! Thank you for such a great experience.
Market Fish
The market fish dinner was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The flavor of the olives and capers pair perfectly!

The short rib ragu is phenomenal. It's like a warm hug in a bowl!
Chicken Piccata for Two
The chicken piccata for two had a delightful fusion of taste, texture and presentation. The dish was a visual treat with golden brown chicken cutlets, nestled in a bed of vibrant lemon, caper sauce, and garnished with fresh parsley and lemon slices
